Dry needling / Acupuncture
SupaFoot provides Dry needling, similar to traditional acupuncture, to help with foot, ankle pain, and calming nerve pain.
Dry needling is similar to traditional acupuncture. It uses very fine, sterile needles inserted into specific areas to relieve pain. Unlike traditional acupuncture, dry needling is based on modern science and focuses on trigger points, muscles, joints, and soft tissues. It can be very effective in treating foot and ankle pain by easing muscle tightness, reducing inflammation, and calming nerve pain.
Dry needling can be effective in reducing symptoms in the following conditions
- Arthritis – Reduces swelling and improves joint movement.
- Neuroma – Helps with nerve pain and improves circulation.
- Plantar Fasciitis – Relieves tension and supports healing.
- Tendonitis – Reduces swelling and helps tendons recover.
We can also add K-Laser therapy to make the treatment even more effective by:
- Reducing inflammation – Increases blood flow and removes harmful substances.
- Boosting healing – Helps repair tissues like tendons and ligaments.
- Easing pain – Blocks pain signals to the brain for fast relief which can provide immediate pain relief and may also reduce the need for pain medication.
